Answer:

Log in as a user that is part of the Spitfire customization group.

 

Then open up Account Category Maint. In SL

 

You should now see a selection for making the account category available as a change order Account category.

 Please review the screenshot(pic1) below.  I need these items: WIP LABOR; WIP MATERIAL; WIP MISC; WIP SUBCONTRACT which are defined in SL and show up in Account Categories in Spitfire(SF) (PIC1) to show up in the Change Order Account Lookup in lower right side of screenshot.  According to spitfire documentation I believe I need to update the custom change orders field in SL.  In Pic2(see below) you will see I don’t see the change orders field so I put the screen in customize mode to see all of the fields.  That revealed nothing additional on the Account Categories Maintenance(pic2). 

 

Can you help me get these items: WIP LABOR; WIP MATERIAL; WIP MISC; WIP SUBCONTRACT into the Change Order Account Category lookup?
